Belio Kipsang will oversee the start of the KCSE.
The theory KCSE exams have begun, and Belio Kipsang, the principal secretary for education, has just arrived at the Westlands subcounty containers. Margaret Lesuuda, the Nairobi Regional Director of Education, is with him.
Kipsang used this visit to address the center managers, pleading with them to be gentle with the youngsters and let them experience some childhood without being overly rigid.
Recognizing the possible hardship this may cause, Kipsang also brought up the logistical difficulty of center managers needing to collect the exam papers twice a day.
He conveyed the hope that, if the exam period goes well, they could switch to a system where papers are picked up just once a day, allaying worries about the numerous pickups.
Kipsang and Lesuuda saw center managers line up one by one to take out the papers for their schools once the container was opened. Lesuuda stressed how crucial it is to make sure that the papers they gather are for the appropriate session, highlighting how crucial precise administration is to preserving the integrity of the tests.
In order to guarantee a fair and effective testing procedure, this effort marks a significant stage in the KCSE test administration process.
