Adopt Kindiki management style. The president of Kenya William Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua had called for a CSs and PSs meeting. The two executive leaders were speaking to the CSs and PSs on the agenda of performance in various ministries represented.
Gachagua took it on stage urging Kenya kwanza cabinet secretaries and principal secretaries to adopt leadership approach of interior CS Kindiki. He said these while attending a church service at Sagana state lodge in Nyeri town Sunday august 6. According to the deputy president, Kindiki had done a commendable job worth emulating.
Likewise, Gachagua asked all leaders to copy notes from CS Kithure Kindiki so as the country can move forward with ease. He felt that Kindiki has a commendable track record of performance and administration which can bring greater governance results.

Further, deputy president Gachagua noted that Kindiki was highly focus on performance outcome. He described him as unstoppable leader who can break barriers that seem unachievable and yet bring out amazing output.
Further, deputy Gachagua termed those accusing him and the following leaders from Mt. Kenya as incompetent in office:
- Water and irrigation CS Alice Wahome
- Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wah
- Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro
The deputy president further reminded them that president Ruto is contented with positions represented by all his political bandwagon.
The second in command was referring to some of the leaders from Mt. Kenya who had refused to join the Kenya Kwanza tune. They had termed Gachagua, Ndindi Nyoro, Alice Wahome and Ichung’wah as being blinded by president Ruto.
The four aforementioned leaders are first time elected leaders. Gachagua insisted that he is assured the direction that they’re leading the mountain is the correct one.
The leader further said that they are major shareholders in the Kenya kwanza government, and nothing can change it. He chest thumped his wisdom to make government with president William Ruto saying that the commander in chief has outlined roles to them in black and white.
