MP to Eliminate Scholarship for Indiscipline and Pregnant Students.
If a student from the Khwisero Constituency gets pregnant, she loses her chance to receive a scholarship from NG-CDF.
Christopher Aseka, a politician from Khwisero, made this statement at Khwisero Girls Secondary School. More than 1,994 deserving students got scholarships and bursaries during this event.
It wouldn’t have been appropriate to deny them the chance. Therefore Aseka was shocked by the amount of pregnant females who opted out of school after receiving the scholarship.
“Some of you were seduced by a hundred shillings and became pregnant, and we lost some females to early pregnancies. We will immediately terminate your scholarship if we learn that you are pregnant while receiving funding from the CDF. He warned.
The MP went on to explain that he had also instructed the district’s school administration to end the program for scholarships for rebellious kids.
Aseka claims that the program has already expelled a few clearly disruptive pupils. In addition, if their behavior fails to improve, more may follow. The major objective is to deal with incidents of drug usage and other indiscipline.
He made it clear that the intention is to establish discipline and accountability in the pupils at this crucial moment.
This plan aims to offer room for academically gifted but financially disadvantaged students who are ready to seize the opportunity to further their studies and find success.

Additionally, the congressman had excellent news for students who received A’s.
Aseka claims that relationships have already been made with three universities worldwide. According to these agreements, students had to achieve grades of A or A- so as to be qualified for full scholarships.
Judge Aggrey Muchelule of the Appeal Court, who was present during the occasion, stated that every leader must utilize the CDF efficiently, particularly in aiding impoverished kids in reaching their objectives.
Muchelule emphasized the importance of safeguarding the Fund, citing its track record of facilitating students’ access to higher education without introducing political forces into the plan.
He emphasized the importance of using the initiative to ensure that all children from underprivileged families have fair access to excellent educational opportunities.
