TSC recalls all of its employees on leave.
The Teachers Service Commission’s (TSC) CEO, Nancy Macharia, has issued a directive forcing all TSC field officials who are currently on leave to go back to work within a strict two-week window.
With a specific goal in mind, this step has been done to offer crucial assistance for the upcoming 2023 National Examinations, which are planned to take place from October 19 to November 1.
Macharia has established a firm deadline for the return of all TSC field officers on leave, which is October 16, 2023, in recognition of the critical necessity of these exams.
Macharia stressed the need of these steps in a recent speech at the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) headquarters. She emphasized that it is crucial to ensure the effective completion of the last stage of training for the national exams.
Therefore, a key component of their plan to guarantee the smooth execution of the exam season is the demand that all TSC field officers on leave report back to work on October 16, 2023. The start of the exam season was signaled by this notice on Monday.
