TSC confirms automatic promotion. The teachers service commission (TSC) is preparing to implement automatic promotions for all qualified teachers. This has risen because educators across the country have cried for a long time.
Educators have been seen to grow dissatisfied each day because they have been retained in the same positions for so long forcing them to put the same amount of effort all through their time in profession.

The evaluation process for teacher promotion has faced critism from the Kenya Women Teachers Association. They have therefore given a remedy to solving this problem.
According to the panel, the automatic promotion of teachers is going to motivate educators and therefore bringing about an effective and excellent teaching.
A system of ranking was developed. The system placed the educators I’m accordance to their efficiency, amount of time spent instructing as well as the level of expertise. The tactic is expected to be of benefit to teachers because it will save their time.
Both the worker’s commitment and their efforts at work are important factors to be considered during promotion. Hardworking teachers will therefore be financially compensated.
