The Council has Orders Technical and vocational education training institutions to set their Own Examinations.
To make sure they are up to date with the most recent worldwide trends, policies governing the organizations that provide TVET need to be examined.
As per Dr. Lawrence Guantai, the chief executive officer of the TVET Curriculum Development, Assessment and Certification Council (TVET CDACC), technical college students need to develop partnerships with employers.
Guantai also stated that TVET institutions should be granted the authority to administer tests on their own rather than relying on KNEC.
“TVETs must abandon their traditional approaches to student instruction and replace them with innovative methods,” he stated.
He recommended that trainees spend more time engaging in on-the-job training.
