TSC Teachers yet to file their TPAD risk.
Teachers under Teachers Service Commission (TSC) must submit their Teacher Performance Appraisal Development (TPAD) Tool before conclusion of the term. This must be complied to by all registered and employed teachers as a routine in every academic year.

The tool (TPAD) is mainly intended to assist the employer (TSC) in enhancing service delivery and teacher effectiveness.

Teachers were reminded to file their TPAD for the just-ended term II by the commission, their employer. This was done in a circular sent to the County Directors and Sub-county Directors of education.

The Commission has however mandated that all teachers submit their Tpads by August 27 2023, at the latest. This forms part of the efforts to prevent being left out for various reasons whatsoever that might have clocked in.

The Commission, which is headed by Dr. Nancy Macharia, has similarly emphasized the significance of this even further. Teachers who don’t submit their TPADS run the danger of losing out on commission services including promotions and transfers.

This comes as a warning from the stakeholders of the teachers service Commission.
